Sensor Performance Configuration

The performance configuration provides the ability to tune settings related to utilisation and performance of sensors deployed in the environment.

The Performance configuration includes the following described settings

Offline Storage Maximum DB Size	1000 MB	1000 - 5000 MB	The maximum size of the event storage database, this is the database used to store events when the sensor is unable to contact the platform.
Offline Storage Minimum Free Disk Space	1000 MB	1000 - 500,000 MB	This is the minimum disk space that must be made available to the system before which the sensor will stop adding new events to the offline storage database.
Hash Database Size	1000 MB	1000 - 5000 MB	This is the maximum size of the local cash of information for content inspection results.
Scaling Factor	0	0-10	The scaling factor allows for a scaled increased in utlised memory when the sensor is deployed in environments deployed with VDI infrastructure
Clipboard DLP Scan Minimum Size
Default HTTP Timeout	60 seconds	60 - 120 seconds	This is the default timeout used for connections from the sensor to the platform.
